Abstract

Employee remuneration is a topic of great relevance today; Every day we fight for the workers to have the best conditions in the organization, which is an important factor that motivates the employee to endure and strive to meet the company's objectives. For this reason, information is provided for employers to consider the fair remuneration that should be given, knowing from general terms such as what remuneration is, the factors of the employee's quality of life, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing a fair remuneration for their employees, etc This research project is of a descriptive qualitative theoretical type. Its objective is to identify the positive and negative effects that fair wages have on the well-being of workers. Therefore, to carry out this project, information was collected from various sources using academic content search engines, such as Google academic, Scielo, Redalyc and Dialnet, as well as books, with these relevant bibliographic records covering a large number of years. That allow us to observe from past thoughts to current ones. In this way, the aspects that influence the quality of life of the worker and his family can be identified. Likewise, the positive and negative factors, such as the importance of remuneration, incentives, motivation found in the work environment.
